The duties and responsibilities of the successful candidate will encompass the following:
Focusing on strategic planning and growth Overseeing electronics manufacturing direct reports Driving all manufacturing operations Moving the company forward as it continues to grow the electronics manufacturing operations Working with the engineering, quality, maintenance, purchasing and sales Analyzing electronics products and determining Design for Manufacturing Participating in electronics product design committee meetings Being a strategic thinking, team player Candidates should have a minimum background consisting of the following:
A four year engineering or equivalent degree Ten or more years of manufacturing environment experience Five or more years of production employee management experience Five or more years of manufacturing operations experience Three or more years of electronics manufacturing experience Three or more years of experience determining Design for Manufacturing Three or more years of Enterprise Resource Planning experience Three or more years of supply chain experience Possess a solid work history Being a US citizen or green card holder Having a residence within a 45 minute drive.
Salary Range:
$100K -- $150K
Minimum Qualification
Industrial EngineeringEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
